Pint of Science Festival – High-Fidelity Humanoids in Medicine

Professor Elisabetta De Marinis, a researcher in Human Histology and Embryology at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the European University of Rome, will take part in the 2026 edition of Pint of Science Italia, the renowned international festival that brings research out of the laboratories and directly into pubs and community venues, with the aim of making science accessible, engaging and relatable to the general public. The initiative takes place simultaneously in numerous Italian cities and in various countries around the world, fostering dialogue between researchers and the public. The lecturer will be the featured speaker at the event ‘High-fidelity humanoids in medicine’, scheduled for 19 May at the Pub "B-53 Locale con Cucina" in Latina, during which she will explain the role of advanced medical simulation in the training of healthcare professionals.
