Sergio Zoppi’s Library: Culture, Economy and Politics in Republican Italy

The European University of Rome is delighted to announce the acquisition, as part of the collection of the Pio XII Library, of the book collection of Prof. Sergio Zoppi. This donation, of great cultural and scientific value, enriches the University’s bibliographic heritage and provides the academic community with a valuable resource for study and research into the history of the Italian Republic, its institutions and contemporary political thought. The conference on 6 May, to be held at the Pio XII Library of the European University of Rome, celebrates this significant book acquisition and, whilst thanking Prof. Zoppi and his family, will initiate a reflection on republican Italy, drawing on the contributions and books of Sergio Zoppi, with the participation of academic authorities and various figures from the worlds of culture and institutions.
