The extremely rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies raises profound and transversal questions, which affect not only the technical sphere, but also the legal one, placing the law in front of the need to accompany and, at the same time, regulate a phenomenon that finds it difficult to be read through traditional regulatory schemes.
This will be discussed at the conference “Artificial Intelligence and Law”, to be held at the European University of Rome on 23 June.
