Notice for International Students Listed in the University Rankings for Admission to the Single-Cycle Master’s Degree Programmes in Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry and Dental Prosthodontics, and Veterinary Medicine Taught in English

International non-EU candidates included in the relevant rankings are hereby informed that the personal data provided during registration on the Universitaly portal are processed for the following purposes:

• managing the admission procedures for the single-cycle Master’s degree programmes in Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry and Dental Prosthodontics, and Veterinary Medicine taught in English;
• calculating the score obtained in the admission test;
• completing enrolment in the selected degree programme.

The processing of personal data is carried out as part of a task performed in the public interest, in accordance with Article 6(1)(e) of EU Regulation 679/2016 and Article 2-ter of Legislative Decree 196/2003, within the institutional responsibilities of the Ministry of Universities and Research established by Article 4 of Law No. 264/1999.

For the candidates included in the above-mentioned rankings, the data will also be transmitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (M.A.E.C.I.) so that the Ministry can schedule the necessary visa appointments, as requested in its note dated 19 November 2025.
